01 / Build

Turn your locations into a communication network.

Bring education, service information and approved advertising into a consistent, managed screen experience across your locations. Start with one site or design a phased rollout across the organization.

Who it's for

Organizations with waiting areas, lobbies or corridors where people already spend real time — and who would rather that time carried their own message first.

01Groups running several sites that need one consistent message across all of them.
02Organizations that want education and service information in front of people, not filler.
03Practices weighing approved advertising as a way to offset what the screens cost.
04Teams with no appetite for an IT project or another system for staff to run.

What a network includes

The scope of a managed network, set out before anything is quoted.

01

Assessment of locations and existing screens

What you already have on site — displays, mounts, network access — and what each location actually needs.

02

A hardware and connectivity plan

Which displays and players go where, how they get online, and who owns what. Agreed before installation rather than discovered during it.

03

Content categories and scheduling

What plays, in what mix, at what time of day, and how that differs from one location to the next.

04

Reusable brand templates

Layouts your team fills in, so a new message does not need a designer every time.

05

Content submission and approval

Who submits, who approves and how long that takes — written down, so it does not depend on one person remembering.

06

Installation and support scope

What we install, what we maintain and who to call. Response times are agreed in the proposal.

07

Reporting the systems can actually produce

Playback and uptime from the equipment in place, rather than figures nobody can verify.

How rollout works

01

Assessment

We review your locations, existing screens and goals, then say plainly what is realistic.

02

Design

Programming, templates and approval responsibilities are agreed before anything is installed.

03

Pilot

One site goes live first, so the model is tested somewhere small enough to change.

04

Review

We look at what worked, what needs changing and what the pilot taught us about the rest.

05

Phased expansion

The remaining locations follow on an agreed schedule, rather than all at once.

Ways to work together

Each engagement is scoped around your goals, locations, content needs and timeline. Any revenue share, hardware ownership, installation fee or service level belongs in the proposal and the contract — not in a promise on a website.

01

Organization-only communication

Your content on your screens. No outside advertising, and no revenue share to negotiate.

02

Communication with approved advertising

Your content first, with advertising you have approved alongside it. You decide which categories are excluded and who gets priority.

03

A custom multi-location model

For groups coordinating several sites, or a set of complementary organizations participating together.

Questions

Who decides what is allowed to play?
You do. Host organizations approve advertisers, exclude categories and set which of their own messages take priority. CaptivePoint does not take control of clinical content or another organization’s brand.
Do we have to take advertising?
No. An organization-only network is a supported way to work with us. Advertising is an option you can add later, not a condition of building the network.

Tell us where you are and what you would want on screen. We will come back with an assessment rather than a quote for something you did not ask for.
