Make the pieces work together.
Map the channels your organization already uses, identify the gaps and create a coordinated plan for content, technology, responsibilities and measurement. Coordinate a shared communication initiative without requiring shared ownership.
Common communication gaps
Most organizations do not have a content problem so much as a coordination problem. These are the patterns we are usually called in to fix.
What you receive
Concrete deliverables rather than a strategy deck.
A channel and location inventory
Everything you currently run, where, and who owns it. Usually the first time it has been written down in one place.
An audience touchpoint map
Where people actually encounter your organization, and which of those moments are unmanaged.
A content plan
What gets made, by whom, on what cadence, and which channels it serves.
An approval matrix
Who approves what, and what happens when they are unavailable.
Technology recommendations
What to use for what, scoped to your situation. We do not advertise EHR integration or custom software as established capability.
A reporting plan
What will be measured and where those numbers come from.
A prioritized rollout
What to do first, next and later, so the plan survives contact with a real calendar.
How it runs
Assessment
We inventory what exists across channels, locations and teams.
Channel map
We map touchpoints against audiences and mark where the gaps are.
Coordinated plan
Content, technology, responsibilities and measurement, agreed as one plan.
Phased implementation
Delivered in priority order, with owners named for each phase.
Questions
- Do the participating organizations have to be related?
- No. Coordination does not require common ownership or a shared brand. It does require agreement on who approves what, which is exactly what the approval matrix sets out.
- Does this mean sharing data between organizations?
- No. An affiliation or a shared initiative does not grant one organization access to another’s documents or records. Access stays separate by default.
